What? An athlete in my fifties? That wasn’t an option for my generation.

Not only that but we were bombarded with confusing messages. It wasn’t until my 30s that I started to see the limiting beliefs I’d adopted.
So, I've spent the last 20+ years creating a different system to optimize my body and mindset, and now I'm sharing that same system with you!
